From consultation to dispensary label — in one flow.

This has been the sixth month since I started using Daobook. In my experience this has been the most comprehensive and user friendly electronic practice management system tailored specifically for Chinese Medicine.

It contains absolutely everything that you need to smoothly run your practice — patients' data, consultations, prescriptions, printing labels, complete herbal dispensary and stock tracking systems (raw herbs, granules, powders, and other products). The accounting part made my life so much easier, since I could record in an organised way all my expenses and review them quickly. Also financial recordings of the earnings and categorisation according to the way of paying. The appointment system is also fantastic — I don't have to think about reminding my patients about their appointments. Easy recognition of the workload as per colour code is also helpful. The list of formulas with doses that I can adjust according to my patients' needs is also an advantage. There are a lot more features available but I would need a lot more space to mention it all.

The best thing is that Daniel and his team are always there to listen if I have any problem and to help and to promptly guide me towards the resolution. They also send us comprehensive guidance via email when they are introducing some changes or upgrading the system. They are open for suggestions and maximally devoted to meeting our needs as practitioners.

I tried another Chinese Medicine practice management system in the past but it did not satisfy the needs of my practice. I would confidently say this is the best Chinese Medicine practice system that I would wholeheartedly recommend to my colleagues.
