Express Cupping!

This standalone treatment offers a relaxing, hands-on approach to muscle relief and recovery, without acupuncture needles.

A traditional Chinese medicine treatment using gentle suction to help release muscle tension, encourage circulation and ease tightness and stiffness. Cupping is particularly beneficial for those experiencing neck, shoulder and back tension, muscular discomfort or general tightness.

Cupping creates a natural response in the skin and underlying tissues, often leaving temporary pink, red or purple marks. Unlike massage, cupping works through suction, so longer treatments can place unnecessary stress on the skin and superficial blood vessels. For this reason, we keep cupping sessions to approximately 25–30 minutes, allowing time for treatment while respecting the body's response and recovery.
