Herbal Medicine
For those who prefer herbal medicine as a standalone treatment, we offer personalised herbal care tailored to your symptoms, constitution, and patterns of imbalance. Chinese herbal medicine can support a wide range of concerns including digestion, immunity, sleep, hormones, energy, and mental and emotional health, working gently and deeply over time.
Herbal consultations are available in person or online. In-person consultations include a 30-minute functional pulse diagnosis, which is recommended monthly to every three months depending on your condition. Assessment also includes tongue diagnosis, abdominal diagnosis, a comprehensive health questionnaire, and a detailed consultation to fully understand your case. Online consultations include all aspects except pulse and abdominal diagnosis.
Each herbal consultation includes:
Discussion of your case and health history
Pulse diagnosis (in person only)
Tongue diagnosis
Abdominal diagnosis (in person only)
Herbal medicine is not included in the consultation fee. Herbs start from $40 per week (50g), with some conditions requiring higher dosages. Pricing does not include postage.
All treatment expectations, timelines, and options are clearly discussed during your consultation to ensure clarity and confidence in your care.
