Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting. I understand that life sometimes gets in the way, and unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel the day before your appointment, I’m happy to waive the cancellation fee, provided this isn’t a frequent occurrence. I also understand emergencies occur, babies are born or embryos don't survive, children are sick and will not implement the policy for these reasons. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee. Any deposit paid will be applied towards this fee. Cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice or failure to attend Cancellations made less than 3 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee. Any deposit paid will be applied towards this fee, with any remaining balance payable. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
